The idea for NAVA MIND Technologies emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic, when traditional offline education and mentoring models experienced severe disruption. Recognizing the need for scalable and resilient systems, Mr. Santosh and his team began exploring how Artificial Intelligence and data-driven platforms could transform key sectors including Education, HR, Employability & Governance. This marked a strategic transition from mentorship-driven models to data-driven intelligence systems, enabling solutions that are Scalable, Transparent, Fair & Outcome-driven.
The Directors of the company, who were closely associated with Mr. Santosh during his UPSC mentoring journey, played a key role in shaping this vision. Their shared experience in Education, Talent mentoring & Academic program development, led to the formal conceptualization of NAVA MIND Technologies. The company therefore represents a natural evolution of nearly 20 years of real-world experience in education, mentoring, and workforce development, now empowered through Artificial Intelligence and advanced digital systems.
